With an audience of all company employees in any job role, a 2018 course series provided foundational knowledge of new industry trends and technologies underpinning priority initiatives in modern telecommunications.
Using illustrative analogies, abstract and technical concepts were made accessible to potentially non-technical students, through Web-based courses and standalone short-form videos (5-10 minutes). My topics included Software-Defined Networking and Data Analytics/Data-Powered Solutions.
I personally handled all content negotiation and scope definition with subject matter experts for my topics, as well as scripting/storyboards and graphic creation for the videos and eLearning lessons.
